The role

If you are passionate about organisational management and want to be part of an essential sector, this role is for you: a dynamic environment where your management skills will make a difference.

Your mission will be to coordinate the flow of supplies and the relationship with suppliers to ensure that the centre's operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll do

- You will manage the purchasing cycle, from identifying needs to receiving the product.

- You will coordinate communication with suppliers to optimize delivery times and terms.

- You will carry out the administrative follow-up of orders to avoid stockouts.

- You will support invoice control and delivery note validation to keep the accounting up to date.

How you'll work

✅ Split shift from Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
