What we're looking for

To fit into this position, you will need training in Textile Engineering or related technical studies. Previous experience in knitwear technologies will be valued, and it will be especially interesting to have worked with knitting machine programming.

We are also looking for a person with knowledge of fibers, yarns, technical fabrics, and an understanding of textile structures. Having the skills to transform 2D formats into three-dimensional structures applied to textile design will be very useful.

A minimum English level of B2 will be necessary to interact with technical documentation and international teams.

At a competency level, we are looking for a profile with a high capacity for learning, technical rigor, an analytical mindset, and a proactive attitude oriented toward continuous improvement. The position requires curiosity, attention to detail, and ease of working in a team within a multidisciplinary environment.

We are looking to match with a Product Engineer to join the Engineering area, a department in full expansion due to the increase in projects related to 3D knitted covers. The company, with a high technological level, works with complex textile structures, and needs to incorporate a profile with ambition, technical curiosity, and the capacity for fast learning.

Your mission will be to develop until you become the person responsible for the integral design and development of the covers, progressively taking on the programming of the 3D knit. You will have a key role in the technical definition of the product, guaranteeing compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives, and proposing design improvements that optimize final performance. You will work in close collaboration with the R&D, design, and production teams, participating in the entire product creation cycle.

Likewise, you will participate in the interpretation and conversion of 2D images into 3D volumes, contributing to the creative and technical process. You will also be in charge of monitoring developments, providing improvement proposals based on testing, and validating results alongside the teams involved. This is a position with a strong technical component, ideal for those who enjoy analysis, problem-solving, and collaborative work.
