Hotel Business Developer (Italian)

• You are the person we are looking for if: -Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B business development within the hotel or tourism sector. -Autonomous profile, with high negotiation capacity and interpersonal skills. -Knowledge of the hotel market or international experience in said market. -Advanced level of English and Italian, and at least B2 level of Spanish. -Availability to travel (approximately 1 week each month). -Previous experience in incoming agencies, hotel chains, or international alliances will be valued. -Ability to work with objectives and manage time efficiently.

You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with independent hotels, contributing directly to business growth. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive person with the ability to communicate in English and Italian, passionate about the hotel sector and with a long-term vision. In your day-to-day: -Create and implement commercial strategies. -Prospecting and qualification of hotels. -Management of in-person and virtual meetings in Italian to present the value proposition. -Negotiate contracts and commercial conditions with hotel owners and directors. -Follow-up and closing of commercial agreements. -Analyze the market and competition to detect new business opportunities. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of onboardings. -Attend industry fairs and events to expand your network.
