IVD Sales Representative – Molecular Diagnostics and Immunoassay

• You are the ideal person if: -Academic background: You hold a Degree or Bachelor's in Health Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or similar). -Sector experience: You bring previous commercial experience in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), clinical laboratory reagents, or medical technology oriented toward the hospital environment. -Commercial competencies: You have initiative for prospecting, an analytical mindset, and an orientation toward meeting sales quotas. -Customer management: You possess advanced interpersonal skills to negotiate and build relationships of trust with physicians and heads of service. -Self-management: You have the capacity to organize your schedule, prioritize your portfolio, and manage the territory with autonomy. -Tools and mobility: You routinely use CRM and the Microsoft 365 environment, hold a valid driver's license, and have availability to travel regularly throughout the assigned area.

• The selected person will assume integral management of their territory, driving the promotion and sale of the Biotech portfolio (Immunoassay and Molecular Diagnostics) through a consultative relationship with heads of service and physicians within the hospital environment. Specialized interlocution: Prospecting, negotiation, and loyalty building with physicians, heads of service, and laboratory managers in hospital environments. Consultative sales process: Technical presentation of IVD solutions, analysis of public tenders/bids, and monitoring of the sales cycle. Training and support: Technical training for healthcare professionals on the use of the company's reagents and analysis systems. Management control: Market analysis, KPI monitoring, and direct reporting to Area Management through CRM tools.
