Property Manager

• You are the person we are looking for if: You have consolidated experience in rental management, vertical property, or real estate asset management. You have managed a real estate portfolio autonomously and have experience in direct communication with owners. You have practical knowledge of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU) and contract management. Knowledge of GESFINCAS or TAFF will be especially valued. You are proficient in Spanish and Catalan. English will be valued, but is not essential. You stand out for your capacity for organization, autonomy, resolution, and negotiation. You feel comfortable working in an operational role, with responsibility and close contact with clients.

• In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: Comprehensively and autonomously managing a portfolio of rental properties. Being the main point of contact for owners, advising them and accompanying them in the management of their assets. Managing contracts, renewals, rent updates, and lease conditions. Coordinating incidents, repairs, renovations, insurance, and suppliers. Maintaining communication and follow-up with tenants. Supervising the economic aspects linked to the portfolio, including settlements, receipts, and possible delinquency situations. Analyzing the solvency and guarantees of potential tenants. Coordinating with the administrative, commercial, and accounting teams to ensure agile and high-quality service.
