Sales Operations Executive

About the position

To expand our commercial team in Barcelona, we are looking for a Sales Operations Executive (Commercial Administrator, Technology Distribution profile) to support the internal sales function through order management, accurate quotation preparation, and offer development.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily management of order entry and quotation preparation, including any electronic order processing.

• Order tracking from registration through to invoicing and after-sales service.

• Management of orders under the Kit Digital program, including coordination with third parties.

• Stock management and order placement with manufacturers.

• Use of Excel for bulk order uploads.

• Professional level of Spanish.

• Experience in order management and/or administration.

Para la ampliación de nuestro equipo comercial en Barcelona, buscamos un Sales Operations Executive (Administrativo Comercial perfil Distribución tecnológica) que apoye la función de ventas interna mediante la gestión de pedidos, la elaboración de presupuestos precisos y la preparación de ofertas.

Responsabilidades clave

• Responsable de la actividad diaria de carga de pedidos y elaboración de presupuestos, incluyendo cualquier procesamiento electrónico de pedidos.

• Seguimiento de pedidos desde su registro hasta la facturación y el servicio postventa.

• Gestión de pedidos del programa Kit Digital, incluyendo la coordinación con terceros.

• Gestión de stock y realización de pedidos a fabricantes.

• Uso de Excel para cargas masivas de pedidos.

• Nivel profesional de español.
