What will your mission be? 🎯

At Telefónica Seguros, we are looking to hire a Global Reinsurance Coordinator to lead the implementation, operational coordination, and monitoring of cyber insurance and reinsurance programs in different markets.

You will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of production, underwriting, claims, and reinsurance settlement processes, acting as a connection point between insurers, reinsurers, vendors, and internal teams. You will play a key role in the launch of new international programs and in the continuous improvement of their operations.

What you'll do

How will you contribute with your skills to the purpose of the role? 💼

Design and implement operating models for new cyber insurance and reinsurance programs in different markets.

Coordinate product launches together with insurers, reinsurers, vendors, and corporate areas.

Define operational and technological requirements, performing testing follow-up and production rollout.

Supervise the operations of production, issuance, and policy management. Coordinate the correct application of underwriting criteria and authorities.

Participate in the definition and implementation of claims management and monitoring processes.

Manage and supervise reinsurance settlements, including bordereaux, premiums, commissions, and claims.

Coordinate the preparation, formalization, and monitoring of insurance, reinsurance, and associated services contracts.

Prepare activity reports, operational monitoring, and contractual compliance reports.

Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement plans.
