You will lead the transformation and process simplification projects of the assigned unit through Hyperautomation and Artificial Intelligence technologies, defining and coordinating the plan of initiatives that impact the area to implement more agile, efficient, and scalable processes. Your objective will be to reduce errors, improve service quality, and contribute to the efficiency and sustainability of the business.

You will analyze end-to-end processes, identifying opportunities for transformation and simplification through technology. You will carry out the gathering of requirements, the detection of improvement opportunities, and the preparation of the business cases associated with the identified initiatives.

Likewise, you will perform the comprehensive monitoring of approved projects until their production launch, ensuring the fulfillment of defined objectives, the adoption of implemented solutions, proper change management, and the achievement of the benefits outlined in the business case.

Challenge 1: You will work alongside the assigned unit to reimagine and redefine its processes, identifying transformation and simplification opportunities supported by the best Hyperautomation and Artificial Intelligence technological solutions. Your objective will be to contribute to improving organizational efficiency and the quality of service we provide to our customers.

You will coordinate the process analysis and gathering teams, both internal and external, while also establishing the necessary communication with the Systems, Security, and Management Control areas to validate the technical, operational, and economic feasibility of the identified initiatives.

Challenge 2: You will develop and promote the methodology, the governance model, and best practices for process analysis and transformation, ensuring their homogeneous application in the projects under your responsibility.

Challenge 3: You will guarantee the end-to-end management of transformation initiatives, from the identification of opportunities to the preparation of the corresponding business cases. You will lead the validation and approval process of the initiatives and coordinate their handover to the Systems teams for implementation, ensuring their alignment with the Company's strategic objectives.

Likewise, you will coordinate the relationship with the involved business areas, the Transformation teams, and the technological teams, promoting viable, innovative solutions with a tangible impact on the business.

Challenge 4: You will supervise the progress of approved projects, ensuring compliance with planning, the correct implementation of the defined scope, and the achievement of the established objectives.

Additionally, you will lead change management, training, and adoption activities for the implemented solutions, monitoring the defined KPIs to guarantee the fulfillment of the benefits committed to in the business case.

Challenge 5: You will act as a functional and technological reference within your scope of action, driving capability development, innovation, and the continuous evolution of automation and AI solutions. To this end:

• You will drive the training, upskilling, and monitoring of the teams involved in the projects.
• You will maintain continuous updates on emerging market trends, methodologies, and technologies.
• You will evaluate new technological tools and solutions that may bring value to the Company.
• You will identify and analyze new automation and process transformation opportunities, contributing to the continuous improvement of the business.
