Position Area

We are looking for a Producer specialized in shoots to manage the production of audiovisual pieces for Brands: branded content, campaigns, corporate videos, interviews, spots, digital pieces, brand documentaries, and event content. The selected candidate will be responsible for turning the creative concept into a viable shooting plan, coordinating teams, suppliers, locations, talent, permits, logistics, budget, and delivery of materials.

What will be your main responsibilities?

Your main responsibilities include

• Analyze the brief, script, treatment, shot list, or creative proposal to define the actual production needs.
• Plan pre-production, shooting, and wrap: schedule, crew, technical team, locations, permits, talent, logistics, and deliverables.
• Prepare shooting schedules, call sheets, needs lists, travel plans, schedules, contacts, and production documentation.
• Search for, compare, negotiate, and coordinate suppliers for camera, sound, lighting, art, makeup, styling, casting, locations, transportation, catering, post-production, and auxiliary services.
• Manage locations, shooting permits, access, insurance, authorizations, transportation, per diems, accommodation, and logistical contingencies.
• Coordinate creative and technical teams, clients, and talent during preparation and shooting.
• Control the shooting budget, expenses, extras, advances, approvals, cost overruns, and financial closing.
• Oversee image rights, music, archives, trademarks, locations, third-party materials, and usage conditions when applicable.
• Ensure the correct transfer, inventory, and delivery of materials to post-production.
• Close the project with documentation, incident reports, actual expenses, suppliers used, and lessons learned.
