The Chief Digital Office (CDO) leads Telefónica's digital transformation by creating digital products, services, and experiences that drive efficiency, innovation, and value generation for internal and external customers. The area works in multidisciplinary environments combining product, design, technology, and data to develop scalable solutions aligned with the company's strategy.

What will your mission be? 🎯

Ensuring excellence in product design within a multidisciplinary squad, leading the resolution of complex problems in highly demanding digital environments. You will be responsible for connecting design initiatives with the product's strategic vision, driving data-based decisions, and applying methodologies and artificial intelligence tools to accelerate the delivery of high-impact solutions.

• Leading end-to-end design of functionalities and digital products, ensuring user experiences consistent and aligned with the product strategy.
• Closely collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to define, validate, and implement valuable solutions.
• Maintaining and evolving the Design System, ensuring quality standards, visual consistency, and technical feasibility.
• Applying artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to optimize design processes, accelerate solution exploration, and improve team efficiency.
• Facilitating decision-making among areas with diverse interests, contributing to alignment and the success of initiatives.

• Advanced Product Design applied to complex digital products.
• Management and evolution of Design Systems.
• UX/UI Design for B2B platforms and applications with high information density.
• Use of generative AI tools applied to design (Claude, Figma Make, prompt engineering).
• Interpretation and use of qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making.

• Analytical thinking and resolution of complex problems.
• Communication and influence with multiple stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration in agile environments.
• Negotiation skills and conflict management.
• Autonomy, initiative, and results orientation.

• University degree in Design, Digital Design, Interaction, Engineering, Audiovisual Communication, or related disciplines.
• Specialized training in UX, Product Design, or user-centered design methodologies.
• Advanced English level (B2-C1) is essential.
• More than 7 years of experience in Product Designer positions.
• Proven experience working with Design Systems maintained in production.
• Experience in B2B products, internal tools, or complex software oriented to operations.
• Knowledge of complex technological environments such as telecommunications, banking, energy, cybersecurity, or enterprise management platforms.
• Experience collaborating with international and multidisciplinary teams.
