At this time, an important company located in Ullastrell needs to hire an administrator with previous experience in purchasing, sales, or logistics administration.
What you'll do
- Management and monitoring of purchase and sales orders.
- Coordination with suppliers, customers, warehouse, and production to guarantee the correct supply and delivery of materials.
- Organization and planning of shipments, collections, and national transport.
- Management of logistics incidents, monitoring of deliveries, and documentary control (delivery notes, loading orders, and transport documentation).
- Planning and optimization of routes for owned trucks, as well as coordination of external carriers when necessary.
- Coordination of movements and transfers of goods between the company's different plants, ensuring maximum utilization of logistical resources.
- Control of deadlines, costs, and quality of the transport service, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Requirements
- Own vehicle
- Intermediate or higher degree in administration, commerce, transport, and logistics
- Previous experience in logistics, purchasing management, or commerce
- Immediate start
