Production Technical Administrative Assistant

Reporting to the plant manager, they will be responsible for 

completing technical documentation, manufacturing dossiers, 

engineering and quality dossiers, internal and customer PPI required by factory orders, coordinating the people within the 

organization necessary for this.

• Preparation and drafting of Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Dossiers
• Management of product-related documentation (instruction manuals, declarations of conformity, electrical diagrams, other documents requested by the customer related to the product (warranty certificates, etc.)

-Management of order documentation:

• Liaising with the customer on matters related to documentation 
• Management with internal departments of documents requested by customers 
• Drafting and coding of the document list 
• Preparation of folders based on the document list 
• Distribution and requesting of documentation needs from the various departments 
• Assembling the documents 
• Sending and receiving documents 
• Monitoring of document lists and revisions 
• Preparation of final dossiers 
• Working with various customer platforms for the exchange of documents.

Preferably Vocational Training (F.P.) Intermediate/Higher Level in Technical Administration or similar

Basic technical, electrical, and mechanical knowledge.

Knowledge of data management and administration (Excel, Word, Access,
