A construction company in Sant Joan Despi is looking for a Tendering Administrative Technician to lead the Studies Administration department.

In charge of administrative management (relating to A) in the tendering process for both public and private works. Main functions include the detailed review of administrative specifications, the preparation of necessary documentation, and its subsequent submission through the various available electronic platforms.

Responsible for the Studies area ERP, managing the creation of works in the process of study, award, or discard.

Continuous support to the technicians of the Studies Department regarding their administrative needs.

Constant updating of crucial internal information for the proper functioning of the department, such as the database of completed works' CVs, tender tracking, and statistics, among others.
