About the role

We are looking for a Legal Profile for an important multinational, focused on managing and resolving claims in the financial sector.

What you'll do

Duties:

Driving the judicial process in the assigned phase: agreements, auctions, or awards.

Analysis of Caixabank customer claims (assets, liabilities, fraud, insurance, commercial disputes).

Requesting information, documentary review, and drafting responses.

Writing letters to customers and issuing resolutions.

Internal management of assigned cases within the SAC service.

Location: Bollullos de la Mitación (Seville)

09:00 to 18:00 (Mon–Fri) + holidays
