We are looking for a Legal Profile for an important multinational, oriented towards the management and resolution of claims within the financial sector
Functions:
What you'll do
Driving the judicial procedure in the assigned phase: agreements, auctions, or adjudications.
Analysis of Caixabank customer claims (assets, liabilities, fraud, insurance, commercial disputes).
Requesting information, documentary study, and preparation of responses.
Drafting letters to the client and issuing resolutions.
Internal management of assigned cases within the SAC service.
Requirements
Law degree.
Proactivity.
Excellent oral and written expression.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Identification, analysis, and study of documentation.
Experience or ability to manage fraud and liability claims.
