Important company in the technology sector, providing coverage at Barcelona Airport, selects an Audio System Administration Technician
What you'll do
Review of microphones, sensors, and local units.
o Review of power levels.
o Review of the audio level of SIPA/SAMA messages (automatic public address), TTS, and ambient noise of all airport subzones.
o Visual inspection of the status and operation of Sonifex, Mediamatrix (or other manufacturer) equipment and power stages.
o General level 2 maintenance (task supervision) of the system:
- Visual inspection and review of the status of the loudspeakers.
- Review of bridges and power stages.
- Review of line wiring.
- Review of disconnection units.
- Review of the digital public address system control center.
- Review of the audio switching matrix of the analog public address system.
- Review of the status of the wiring and general connections of all equipment.
- Review of the public address wiring labeling.
- External review of the racks and the cleanliness and humidity status of the environment.
o Review of the management system.
o Review of the audio sources.
o Review of the connections of the main equipment.
o Review of the status and operation of the power supplies of all equipment.
o Administration and management of the Public Address System equipment (preamplifiers, signal processors, sensors, input peripherals, sources, interfaces, etc.).
o Configuration of the system to meet necessary operational requests.
o Manage the setup and operation of portable public address systems and public address systems in any room of the Airport; support must be provided for events held in these facilities.
o Maintenance of the public address system that does not require intervention from the manufacturer or level 3 expert maintenance service.
o Collaborate in the management of third-party projects.
