What you'll do

  • MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP OF THE COMMERCIAL TEAM:
    • Lead, develop, and motivate the team of pharmacy sales representatives.
    • Hold individual and team follow-up meetings, field coaching, and performance evaluations.
    • Design individualized action plans based on the particularities and potential of each territory.
    • Accompany visits (field coaching), ensuring excellence in execution and sales messaging.
  • COMMERCIAL AND STRATEGIC EXECUTION:
    • Ensure the correct implementation of the commercial and marketing strategies defined by Teva at national and company level.
    • Oversee the proper promotion of generic medicines and OTC products in pharmacies.
    • Monitor the availability, rotation, and visibility of the portfolio at the point of sale.
    • Analyze performance by customer, territory, and key identified products to detect opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:
    • Meet and exceed sales and product launch objectives in the area.
    • Prepare sales forecasts and monitor the assigned budget.
    • Analyze key indicator data (sell-out/market share, sell-in, territorial coverage, commercial activity, campaign success rates, call plan planning and compliance, etc.).
    • Identify business opportunities, growth areas, and commercial risks.
  • RELATIONSHIP WITH KEY CUSTOMERS:
    • Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with high-potential customers (pharmacies, groups, wholesalers).
    • Negotiate local agreements and collaborate with the KAM team and marketing on specific initiatives.
  • INTERNAL COORDINATION:
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade, Supply, KAM, and the rest of the national sales team.
    • Participate in national meetings and contribute insights from the region.
    • Ensure compliance with internal rules and company compliance, both individually and as a team, as well as with pharmaceutical sector policies.
