Requirements

What we're looking for

🔹 Previous experience in Telemarketing or Customer Service, or as a banking manager.

🔹 Being a native speaker or having a C1 in Catalan or Basque.

🔹 Availability to complete three weeks of online training from 8:30h to 14:30h de Monday to Friday.

🔹 Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts.

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

🔹 Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

🔹 MIFID II certification is valued.

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: 3-month temporary contract via ETT and then transition to permanent contract by the company. Start date: 03.12.2026.

💰 Salary: €9.71 gross per hour + incentives.

The role

📢 We Are Looking For You! We are looking for a BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) with BASQUE or CATALAN in JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA.📢

Do you have experience as a Customer Service Teleoperator or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Jerez de la Frontera.

What you'll do

✔️ Receiving calls to assist and resolve doubts or incidents that the bank's customers may have in Basque or Catalan.

✔️ Cross-selling of bank products. 

How you'll work

📅 Schedule: 35 hours per week in the morning and/or afternoon, from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.
