Technical Sales Prescriber

Commercial Prescriber (M/F/X) A company specializing in the manufacture and installation of fire doors, technical doors, and enclosure solutions for industrial, logistics, tertiary, and residential projects is looking to incorporate a Technical Commercial Prescriber to drive business development and the presence of its solutions in construction projects. The selected person will play a key role in generating and following up on opportunities alongside architects, engineering firms, construction companies, and other sector agents. Functions Prescription and promotion of technical solutions to architecture firms, engineering firms, construction companies, developers, and project management teams. Technical advice on fire doors, technical doors, hardware, and applicable regulations. Analysis of plans, specifications, and technical documentation to detect opportunities and propose solutions adapted to each project. Project follow-up from the design and prescription phase through to tendering, award, and construction execution. Preparation and follow-up of technical-commercial offers in collaboration with the Technical Office, Budgeting, and Production departments. Carrying out commercial visits and technical presentations to promote the company's solutions. Development and loyalty building of relationships with architecture firms, engineering firms, and construction companies. Identification of new business opportunities and continuous follow-up of strategic projects. Requirements Technical training related to the construction sector. Training in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar degrees is highly valued. Experience in technical prescription, business development, or the commercialization of products and solutions for construction. Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation. Good level of communication with technical profiles and project decision-makers. Driver's license and availability to carry out commercial visits. Fixed salary plus variable remuneration depending on experience, knowledge, and achievement of objectives. Mileage allowance for professional travel. Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00. Intensive working day on Fridays from 08:00 to 13:00. Intensive summer working day from 07:00 to 15:00.
