What we're looking for

More than 5 years of demonstrable experience in social media analysis, social listening, or consumer insights, including the autonomous direction of complex projects for large organizations or recognized brands and the presentation of recommendations to clients or senior teams.

The role

The Cocktail is a multinational technology consultancy whose mission is to accelerate the sustainable growth of our clients. We mobilize large organizations to improve the relationship between brands and people through design, data, and technology. We understand what our clients need and orchestrate capabilities to achieve those goals at breakneck speed.

Our culture is based on diversity, creativity, and a mix of specialists (strategy, design, technology, data, research...). Our careers are characterized by exponential professional growth and by participation in projects with real impact for major clients.

Being part of The Cocktail implies surrounding yourself with an inspiring team from whom to learn and who will help you grow. We work under the maxim that it is better to ask for forgiveness than permission; therefore, we expect from you a disruptive and challenger vision, non-conformity, and a passion for excellence and challenges.

If you want to move in a challenging environment, create innovative projects, and make things happen, The Cocktail is for you.

What you'll do

Analyze the performance of campaigns and content on networks such as Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, or YouTube, evaluating key metrics such as reach, engagement, or conversion to measure their impact and detect opportunities for improvement in segmentation, creatives, and budget.

Understand what is happening on social networks using tools such as Brandwatch or Talkwalker to follow the conversation about our brands and competitors, identify cultural trends, memes, and changes in consumer behavior to guide communication and reputation strategy.

Transform data into decisions, creating reports and visual dashboards for the strategy, creativity, and client teams, translating metrics into insights and actionable recommendations alongside the Social Media, Paid, and Creativity teams.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Social Insights Specialist, someone who understands that data are not just numbers, but conversations waiting to be interpreted.

Your mission will be to read the pulse of social networks, detect trends, analyze behaviors, and convert all of that into real insights that drive our strategic decisions and the creativity applied to the brands we work with.

If you are passionate about discovering what moves digital communities and how that can inspire great ideas, keep reading.

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) will also be valued.

Analytical Skills

  • Solid analytical capacity with attention to detail, both quantitative (interpretation of KPIs, correlations, etc.) and qualitative (sentiment analysis, identification of cultural insights).

Personal Competencies

  • Innate curiosity for digital culture and social trends, capable of telling stories with data and communicating findings in a clear and convincing manner. A proactive, resourceful person with the necessary flexibility to work both autonomously and in a team within a dynamic environment.
