The Defense Project Logistics Revenue Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Project Logistics customers are billed accurately and punctually across all modes of transport. The role assumes responsibility for Revenue Care activities within Project Logistics, working in close collaboration with the Project Logistics Customer Excellence team to resolve discrepancies and ensure the timely closing of FSLs and correct billing.

Likewise, they manage incoming vendor invoices to ensure an error-free accruals process, guaranteeing that billing and FSL closing comply with agreed KPIs, including entry or verification into customer systems when necessary. This position is key to ensuring revenue integrity, process accuracy, and operational efficiency within Defense Project Logistics operations.

How to generate impact

  • Guarantee punctuality, accuracy, and compliance with billing KPIs for Project Logistics customers.
  • Manage accrual processes and ensure the accuracy of vendor invoice data throughout its entire lifecycle.
  • Support the implementation of the Revenue Care strategy, including centralization and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with BU RCC teams and management, ensuring the exchange of information.
  • Supervise daily FSL reporting and guarantee the timely closing of files.
  • Ensure the correct management of customer-specific billing (manual and e-invoicing) to avoid delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and compliance with HSE and compliance regulations.
  • Guarantee that no file is closed with a loss, actively supporting margin protection.

What we would like you to bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance/revenue care related to logistics or transport.
  • Solid knowledge of billing processes, accruals, and financial control.
  • High attention to detail and analytical capacity.
  • Precise handling of operating and financial systems.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • High level of English (oral and written).
