Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree in Hotel Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management within the hotel sector.
- Advanced knowledge of PMS, CRS, RMS, and Channel Manager (Dingus) systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Advanced level of English (oral and written).
- Analytical capacity, focus on results, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in hotel chains.
- Knowledge of digital distribution strategies and online marketing.
- Certifications in Revenue Management or specialized courses.

The role
We are looking for a Revenue Assistant for our central headquarters in Gran Canaria.
What you'll do
If you were the selected person, your main functions will be:
- Develop and execute pricing and distribution strategies for each hotel in the chain.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly analyses of occupancy, ADR, and other KPIs.
- Manage distribution channels (OTAs, direct web, etc.) ensuring rate parity and availability.
- Supervise and adjust inventories and rates in management systems.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to align strategies.
- Prepare accurate demand forecasts.
- Analyze the competition and market behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
