Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (financial sector, hospitality, retail, or luxury).
Proficiency in Spanish and advanced English is essential

Advanced English or C1

Nice to have

Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is valued.

The role

From Adecco, we are selecting, for a leading company in Tax Free services, a Customer Service professional to offer premium assistance to international tourists during the VAT refund process in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Main duties:

Assist and guide tourists during the VAT refund process.
Explain procedures and resolve doubts with clarity and professionalism.
Manage Tax Free forms and refunds with precision.
Resolve incidents ensuring a positive experience for the customer.

How you'll work

Duration: 3 months + possibility of extension
40 hours per week.
Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (including holidays, depending on store opening hours).
Two locations: FC Barcelona Camp Nou and FC Barcelona Ramblas.
