Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent contract directly with the company.
40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday
Schedule from 8am to 5pm (1 hour for lunch). Intensive schedule in July and August.
Salary of 25-28.5k (+variable) depending on experience and merit.

The role

Do you have an advanced level of English, Catalan, and German? Do you have experience in customer service and administrative tasks or route management? If so, we want to meet you!

At Adecco, we are looking for a person to work in the customer service department of a leading company in the technology installations sector.

If you are looking to work in an international environment where you can put your language skills into practice, this is the place for you.

What you'll do

Your duties will be:

- Planning and management of efficient and optimal routes for technicians.

- Handling and/or making calls to clients for the different types of requested services:

Consultations
Complaints
Scheduling review appointments
Updating client data
Scheduling for quality controls

- Preparing reports and reporting.

Requirements

Advanced oral level of English, German, and Catalan.
Experience in customer service and route management.
Organizational and planning skills.
Proficiency in the Office package.
Other languages valued (German, French, etc.)
Availability to complete the 2-week training in Barcelona.
