Adecco Group is currently looking for a temporary HR Sales Consultant whose mission will be to develop the market and increase new clients at the Adecco branch in Alcorcón!!! We are looking for people who want to undertake a challenging project!!!

How will you be able to carry it out?

By having direct contact with client companies, being their best partners when offering the best services in HR matters: direct recruitment, temporary staffing, and training. Without a doubt, everything you are going to learn will make you grow personally and professionally!

What you'll do

If you are the selected person, you will be in charge of carrying out the following functions:

- You will develop the commercial action plan for companies located in your area.

- You will drive the sale of our services through calls and both scheduled and unscheduled visits to active and potential clients.

- You will be able to negotiate and prepare budgets, controlling the profitability of each operation and getting the best benefit from your work.

- You will collaborate in a team alongside your Office Manager and Recruitment Consultants to guarantee the best service and satisfaction for your clients.

Requirements
