What you'll do

Duties

  • Comprehensive management of recruitment processes: job posting, resume screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
  • Coordination of the necessary documentation for hiring and onboarding.
  • Support in the organization and execution of training plans.
  • Monitoring and control of training activities.
  • Delivering internal training sessions when necessary.
  • Management of the corporate learning platform at a user level.
  • Participation in employer branding actions, job fairs, and talent attraction programs.
  • Participation in cross-functional Human Resources projects.
