Are you passionate about talent management and people development?

At Adecco, we are collaborating with an important company in the distribution sector that is looking to hire a Recruitment and Training Technician to strengthen its Human Resources team in Málaga capital.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized person with an interest in participating in both recruitment processes and training and talent development projects.

Duties

- Comprehensive management of selection processes: posting job offers, CV screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.

- Coordination of the documentation necessary for hiring and onboarding.

- Support in the organization and execution of training plans.

- Monitoring and control of training activities.

- Delivery of internal training when necessary.

- Management of the corporate learning platform at the user level.

- Collaboration in employer branding actions, job fairs, and talent acquisition programs.

- Participation in cross-functional Human Resources projects.

Requirements

Education in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management, or similar fields.

Previous experience in personnel selection and/or training.

Organizational skills and a people-oriented approach.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Proficient use of standard computer tools.
