At Adecco Group, we are looking for an Onsite Manager to lead the project for our main clients in the TUDELA branch.

In this way, you will be the person with maximum responsibility for the account and you will ensure continuous improvement to guarantee excellent service and long-term collaboration.

The mission of the Onsite Manager will be to provide our value proposition to the client through different Human Resources solutions. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying business opportunities across the entire Adecco Group service portfolio.

Functions:

Customer Experience

- Create a strategy, based on our knowledge of the customer and the market, that ensures excellence in Customer Experience through the definition of KPIs and SLAs

- Preparation of action plans for the continuous improvement of SLAs; Periodic preparation, analysis, and presentation of these results.

- Generation of new disruptive ideas to present differentiated innovation proposals to the client that help improve Talent Attraction and Development.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-up meetings and continuous feedback.

- Implement the Onsite methodology in the account to guarantee development and productivity improvement.

- Identification of business opportunities across the entire Adecco Group service portfolio.

Excellence in Account Management:

- Knowledge and implementation of the Lean methodology.

- Lead the optimization of profitability in the collaboration by detecting and driving sales across all business lines.

- Manage the P&L through management control tools in order to meet efficiency and profitability objectives

- Implementation, data recording, and analysis of the Dashboard, both with the team and with the client.

Candidate Experience

- Create the Talent Attraction strategy jointly with the client, as well as propose and implement new recruitment improvement actions.

- Anticipate recruitment based on the client's history, having an active database ready during times of greatest need.

- Review the client's recurring categories, performing an analysis and description of the different positions and their competency profiles.

- Continuous review of the Recruitment and Evaluation process, adjusting it to the client's needs

- Define the Onboarding and Welcome Plan for new hires to ensure rapid adaptation to the company.

People Area

- Distribute the functions and responsibilities of the team, ensuring the coordination of all its members.

- Guarantee compliance with the KPIs and SLAs of the team under your charge.

- Direct the team, holding weekly meetings and ensuring their maximum performance.

- Analyze the sizing of assigned resources together with the DR and Onsite Dept, guaranteeing project efficiency.
