Mission:
Coordinate and implement policies and procedures within their scope of action based on standards established by Management.
Functions:
-Guarantee compliance with HR policies, procedures, and methodologies within the project in their scope of action.
-Act as an operational manager and point of contact for the business in the areas of Recruitment, Onboarding, etc.
-Coordinate the global processes for internal mobility management, development of Talent programs, engagement, and Compensation&Benefits.
-Coordinate with local partners in the areas of Labor Relations, Costs, and Payroll.
