The role

Adecco Banca y Seguros is looking for a Home Claims Handler for a major insurance company. The selected person will manage and supervise the opening of claims, audit files and calls, review quality surveys, handle complaints, maintain communication with loss adjusters and assistance companies, and propose improvements to processes. Extensive knowledge of multi-risk insurance is required, with experience in Civil Liability being valued. A replacement contract is offered, with a salary of €10.10 gross/hour plus a €12.10 meal allowance on a split shift, flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday, intensive Fridays, summer working hours, on-site work in Arturo Soria, and immediate start.

How you'll work

Replacement contract.
Schedule: Flexible start from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and departure between 5:00 and 6:00 PM; Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Summer: from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
On-site.
Location: Arturo Soria - Immediate start.
