What will your role be? In this role, you will be a strategic piece within the Pricing area, with a direct impact on profitability, competitiveness, and key business decision-making at Ballenoil.
Your mission will be to actively participate in the analysis, definition, optimization, and implementation of the pricing strategy. You will ensure alignment with profitability and positioning objectives, providing expert insight into our network of stations, the different customer segments, the competitive environment, and the overall economic impact.

  • Generate business-oriented executive reports and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and BI to optimize results and improve data quality.

What we're looking for

Who we are looking for

  • Education: University degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar disciplines.

  • At least 2 years of solid experience in pricing, revenue management, economic analysis, or profitability, preferably in highly price-competitive environments.

  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of data management.

  • Experience in margin analysis, segmentation, impact assessment, and economic scenarios.

  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, strategic vision, and the ability to engage directly with senior teams.

Nice to have

It would be ideal if you also:

  • Bring experience and fluent command of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, databases such as SQL, or other advanced analytical technologies.
