Requirements

What we're looking for

EASA Part-FCL license with Frozen ATPL(A) and MCC.
Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
ICAO English level 4 or higher.
ICAO Spanish level 6.
DNI or NIE with authorization to work in Spain without limitations.
Valid passport.
No criminal record.

Nice to have

B737 type rating.
Previous flight experience.
Experience or training on B737 MAX.
University education.
Full ATPL(A).
COPAC membership.

Hiring process

Although the definitive dates of the process are still pending confirmation, it is planned that the various phases will take place between January and February 2027.

Phase 1: January 2027. ATPL(A) aeronautical knowledge tests, skills assessment, and personality questionnaires.
Phase 2: face-to-face interview and simulator between January and February 2027.
