The role

What you'll do

Conduct sales visits in order to identify, develop, and retain the customer base.
Research and develop specification projects.
Ensure follow-up and service to customers (installers, distributors, architecture firms, design offices, developers, and construction companies).
Ensure project follow-up from launch to completion: Project development. Coordination with the specifying draftsman/designer. Preparation, follow-up, and negotiation of offers and projects.
Prepare, follow up, and negotiate commercial offers.
Manage relations with developers, construction companies, and installers according to the project phase.
Ensure project management on-site (installation follow-up).
Support marketing strategies.
Ensure follow-up of collections and management of incidents.
Develop regular follow-up reports (customer visits, offers made, etc.).
Act as the interface between customers and production.
Manage and update the customer database for their sector.
Deliver company, catalogue, and product presentations and contribute to customer loyalty.
Coordinate technical-sales training intended for installers.
