What we're looking for

We would love to meet you if you feel passion for administrative management, you are an organized person, and if you have:

Intermediate/higher vocational training in Administration and Finance or similar.
IT knowledge: medium/high level Office pack (Excel).
You enjoy teamwork and working in dynamic environments.
Previous experience performing administrative functions is valued.

The role

Do you want to be part of the Alcampo Product team? Do you have experience in administrative management? If the answer is YES, keep reading!

If selected, your mission will be to ensure the correct development of support and administrative management tasks. Your main functions would be:

Prepare and send weekly and monthly reports.
Keep information up to date through the use of office tools: management programs, databases, ERPs.
Update financial data in the databases.
Contact with suppliers and customers.
