At Aldesa, every day is an opportunity to learn, innovate, and overcome new challenges. We are looking for a Field Technician specializing in Test Packs to join us in the construction of a new biodiesel plant in Huelva.

If you have experience in the preparation, review, and closure of piping test packs, field quality control monitoring, and coordination of pressure tests (hydrostatic and pneumatic), we want to meet you!

What you'll do

📋 Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation, review, and closure of piping test packs (isometrics, test diagrams, test limits, welding records, and materials).

  • Field supervision of hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak testing, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

  • Line inspection, punch list management, and follow-up on the resolution of observations before and after pressure tests.

  • Coordination with the technical office, production, and the construction management/client for the validation and signing of test protocols and the handover of systems/subsystems.

Requirements

  • Technical education (Technical Engineering, Engineering Degree, Higher Vocational Training in Metal Construction, Industrial Piping Project Development, or similar).

  • Demonstrable experience of at least 2-3 years in field quality positions or Test Pack management in industrial projects, chemical, petrochemical, or biofuel/biodiesel plants.

  • Proficiency in reading isometric drawings, P&ID diagrams, and piping specifications.

  • Residence in Huelva or willingness to relocate/travel to the work area.
