Requirements
What we're looking for
Junior college degree or above, 2+ years of HR work experience; background in the warehousing or logistics industry is preferred.
Familiar with the basics of Spanish labor law and social security operational processes; able to independently complete payroll calculation and social security filings.
Possess experience in coordinating temporary worker recruitment and able to collaborate efficiently with labor agencies.
Fluent in Spanish, capable of using it as a working language.
Meticulous and responsible with strong execution skills; able to adapt to working across multiple warehouse locations and the high-intensity rhythm during major promotion periods.
The role
What you'll do
- Responsible for daily HR affairs across 3 warehouse locations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, contract signing, attendance statistics, and file management.
- Liaise with labor agencies to implement temporary worker recruitment for major promotions, conduct onboarding training, and coordinate on-site personnel to ensure labor requirements are met.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters, including daily communication, answering inquiries, etc.
- Maintain HR system data and regularly output personnel reports to support management decisions.
