Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consultancy, performing functions in the labor area.
Experience in payroll management, Social Security, and contracting.
Knowledge of standard labor administration procedures.
Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
Good communication, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team.
Education in Labor Relations, Administration, Human Resources, or similar.

Interest in continuous training and updating knowledge in labor matters.

The role

At Ananda Consultoría y Personas, we are selecting a Labor Relations Administrator to join a consultancy located in Bilbao on a permanent basis.

We are looking for an organized and decisive person, with experience in the labor department of a consultancy and accustomed to managing payroll, Social Security, and contracting.

What you'll do

Preparation and management of payrolls.
Management and processing of Social Security.
Preparation, management, and monitoring of labor contracts.
Processing of registrations, terminations, and changes in worker status.
Management and updating of labor documentation.
Support in the administrative tasks of the labor department.
Customer service and monitoring of their needs regarding labor management.
