What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits consulting (essential in projects focused on flexible remuneration)
- Previous experience leading complex implementations for large clients and managing multidisciplinary teams/projects.
- Solid knowledge of applicable tax and labor regulations in Spain, of benefit technological platforms, and of payroll, provider, and back-office processes.
- High customer orientation and consultative approach, with leadership capacity, cross-functional coordination in complex environments, analytical thinking, results orientation, and initiative to improve processes and develop solutions.
Nice to have
- Fluent English and excellent command of Excel and data analysis (experience with Power BI and/or AI solutions is valued).
- Ability to combine strategic vision and operational execution, accustomed to environments in transformation and with a strong orientation toward digitalization, automation, and process optimization.

We are currently looking for an expert Senior Consultant in Compensation and Benefits project management to lead the design, implementation, and management of Flexible Compensation plans for clients, providing a strategic and operational vision that maximizes client value and optimizes the employee experience, ensuring the correct execution and evolution of benefit programs.
We offer you the opportunity to join the leading international company in risk management for businesses, where you will have the opportunity to be a benchmark when creating flexible compensation plans for our clients, leading implementation projects from start to finish, orchestrating design, technology, and data, and acting as a strategic partner to HR and the business to transform their employee value proposition.
What you'll do
These will be some of your main functions:
- Lead implementation projects for flexible compensation plans, from the analysis phase to their launch and monitoring.
- Define the plan design based on client needs, ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations.
- Coordinate the parameterization of flex technological platforms and integration with client systems (payroll, HRIS, providers).
- Manage relationships with: clients, sales team, legal, IT, and external providers.
- Lead project teams, ensuring efficient execution, compliance with deadlines, and quality of service.
- Design and supervise communication plans aimed at employees.
- Analyze usage and participation data to optimize programs (reporting, insights, continuous improvement).
- Participate in commercial proposal processes (RFPs) and the development of new solutions or service improvements.
- Act as a strategic interlocutor with the client, advising on the evolution of their compensation and benefits policy.
How you'll work
This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Madrid office.
