Our Career Launch Program consists of 10 months of international training that launches in person in the month of September in a city within the EMEA region and continues online.
In it, our selected candidates will be able to acquire technical knowledge and knowledge about Aon's products and services, while developing the competencies necessary to achieve success in their professional careers. All this, in an international environment that will allow them to expand their network of contacts at a local and EMEA level.
Additionally, during these months, they will work on a group project with juniors from other countries and business lines to provide solutions to real challenges that our professionals face every day.

The role

At Aon España we are looking for you and we want to invite you to participate in our Next Generation Program 2027.
Aon exists to help and advise our clients when making the best decisions to protect and grow their business. We have the largest service network in the sector, comprised of 25 offices and a team of more than 1,600 professionals who have a deep knowledge of national and international markets and are experts in all sectors of activity.
This is our star internship program focused on students in their final years of undergraduate or master's degrees or recent graduates with high potential, who want to start their professional career at Aon.
In this 12-month program, you will be able to delve into the risk and people consulting sector and launch your professional career to the next level. During the selection process, we will assign you to the area that best suits your competencies and interests so that you can develop all your talent and become one of our future leaders.
But it doesn't end here; after completing your internship, you will have the possibility of joining permanently as an Early Career professional and participating in our Career Launch Program; an international training program whose main objective is to accelerate the careers of our highest-potential juniors.
What you'll do
After finishing the selection process, you will be assigned to a team within one of the following areas:
- Commercial Risk Solutions
- Reinsurance
- Health
- Wealth
- Talent
In it, you will be able to develop alongside our most senior executives and/or brokers to maximize your learning and exposure during the 12-month duration of the program.

How you'll work
- The ability to sign an internship agreement with your university.
- Availability to start in the month of September 2027, preferably full-time.
- Availability to start in our Madrid office.
