Requirements
What we're looking for
- Financial and Actuarial Sciences.
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in actuarial consulting, social security, pensions, group insurance, or related areas.
- Solid knowledge of actuarial and accounting regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; mastery of other programming tools is valued.
- Analytical capacity, customer orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Advanced level of English (valued).
The role
A Consultant for the Retirement area (pension plans).
Participating in actuarial consulting projects, analysis of pension plans, employee benefits, and advising large national and international companies.
What you'll do
- Client portfolio: project management, teamwork, and customer orientation.
- Analysis and management of pension plans, group insurance, and social security models.
- Performing actuarial valuations: PGC, IFRS/IAS 19, US GAAP, local regulations, etc.
- Preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for clients.
- Collaboration with other internal teams
- Contribution to the development of tools, internal processes, and methodologies.
