About Aurora Live
Aurora Live operates live events across 10 markets, with approximately 350 employees across the group.
As we continue to grow, we are reviewing and developing our HR processes, systems, and ways of working to ensure they can scale with our business.
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Specialist to join our People team in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has solid HR operations experience, enjoys bringing structure to everyday processes, and is motivated by improving how things work.
We are becoming AI first and we will rethink how growth company HR work is done and in smart and effective way. We already use AI tools to draft HR templates and documentation, and we want to build on that in our routine workflows, with a person reviewing the output.
You'll play an important role in keeping our day-to-day HR operations running smoothly while helping us build more efficient, consistent, and scalable HR processes across the organization.
What we're looking for
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a similar hands-on HR role, ideally in an international or multi-country environment.
- Practical experience working with an HR information system (HRIS).
- A good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR administration.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You don't just identify problems. You suggest ways to solve them.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Has built or improved at least one workflow with an automation tool or an AI assistant, and can say what changed.
- A service-minded approach and excellent communication skills. You enjoy helping employees and collaborating with different teams.
- Confidence working with Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Has used AI tools for drafting, data checks or templates, and knows when a person must review the output before it is used.
- Awareness of data confidentiality, GDPR requirements, and basic employment legislation.
- English at C1 level or above.
Interested?
We'd love to hear from you. Please send us your CV and tell us briefly about an HR process or workflow you have helped improve, what you changed, and what difference it made. Please send your application latest at 13.11.2026.
We review applications on a rolling basis.
