- Higher Degree students in Administrative Management or similar.
- English level B2.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft environment.

The role
Administration & HR Intern
Vocational Training students in Administrative Management or recent graduates interested in carrying out administrative management internships in Human Resources and General Services at our offices in the Zona Franca in Barcelona.
What you'll do
- Support in the management of HR and General Services supplier registrations.
- Support in the creation of Purchase Requisitions and invoices in SAP
- Support in Office Management: reception, fax services, visits, courier services, maintenance (coordinating trades: gardening, plumbing...)
- IT support: generating guest Wi-Fi, coordinating external technical service interventions.
- Support for HR tools: time tracking, absences, vacations, leaves...
- Support in Risk Prevention: training management, sending documentation, organizing medical check-up appointments.
- Support in HR: organization of selection interviews.
