🔎We are opening a position to hire a Cook for our Onboard Services team on our ships in the Canary Islands area, and we want you to be part of our team!

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Prepare the meal forecasts to ensure the proper organization of the service
• Prepare the meals served on board, both for the crew and the passengers, ensuring they are served on time and in the correct manner
• Place the kitchen orders under the supervision of the Hotel Director or Chief Steward for the supply of provisions for their preparation.
• Supervise the work of the staff under your charge, both in meal preparation and in the cleaning and hygiene of the work area, to ensure its proper functioning

• Valid seafarer's book / DIM
• MLC Medical Certificate
• Passenger Vessels (STCW A-V/2)
• Basic Training in Maritime Security (STCW A-VI/6)
• Basic Safety Training   (STCW A-VI/1-1-2-3-4)
• Survival Craft and Rescue Boats Other Than Fast Rescue Boats (STCW A-VI/2-1) (Valuable)
• Merchant Marine Cook Certificate
• Food Handler Certificate
