What you'll do

• Preparation of the Area Marketing Plans and Rate Sheets under the supervision of the Regional Commercial Director.
• Thoroughly analyze and understand the market and the competition, defining actions that increase the hotels' market share and positioning.
• Monitoring offers and tactical actions aimed at achieving both occupancy and average rate objectives, as well as quotations and group tracking.
• Conducting Familiarization Trips and visits to receptive travel agencies.
• Reporting relevant commercial information about the area and competition to the Regional Commercial Director, as well as using the CRM regarding quotations, offers, and contracts.
• Managing the Revenue of the hotels, supervising all distribution channels in coordination with the Channel Manager, using analysis tools and taking consequent measures.
• Supervising and administering the inventory management update process and the application of pricing and sales strategy across distribution channels to achieve maximum RevPar and meet the budget.
• Controlling and updating the content (descriptions, photos, and technical sheets) published in tour operator brochures and the hotel's own materials.
• Attending Sales Blitzes when required.

What are we looking for?
