- Registering and accounting for supplier invoices.

- Monitoring and reconciling accounting and bank accounts.

- Management of collections and payments.

- Assisting in monthly and annual accounting closings.

- Management and resolution of administrative and invoicing discrepancies with suppliers.

- Using Sage as the main management tool.

- Collaborating with the rest of the administration team.

- Participating in the improvement of administrative and accounting procedures.

- Assisting with other administrative tasks in the department.

Over time, you will take on increasing autonomy until you become the reference person for the accounting area.
