You will be part of the spin-off's driving team, leading the transformation of a high-potential technology into a viable, scalable, and market-oriented company.
Your responsibility will be to define and execute the business strategy, connect the technology with the needs of the railway market, and build the business project that will take the solution to the international market.
• Validate the business model, market analysis, and the go-to-market strategy defined for the company in its interaction with the market to date.
• Build and lead the company's initial team.
• Define the roadmap for product development, business, and financing.
• Coordinate the relationship with the technology center and the project's industrial partners.
• Lead fundraising efforts (investors, grants, innovation programs).
