• Experience: Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in the management and coordination of industrial projects, preferably in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) field.
• Education: University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.) or similar.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge in the different engineering disciplines applied to industrial projects.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, resources, and risks.
• Languages: Advanced level of English (minimum B2/C1), both spoken and written, for communication with international teams and clients.

We are looking for a General Project Coordinator to expand one of our teams in Lisbon.

As General Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and monitoring of industrial projects, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives in terms of scope, time, cost, and quality. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Directing and coordinating the integral execution of the project from engineering to commissioning.
• Acting as the primary interlocutor between the owner, engineering firms, contractors, suppliers, and administrations.
• Supervising the fulfillment of schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Coordinating the civil, mechanical, process, electrical, and instrumentation engineering disciplines.
• Managing and controlling the general project schedule, identifying deviations and corrective actions.
• Supervising the execution of construction and assembly works for all facilities.
• Coordinating the management of pending permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Controlling the project budget and validating certifications, changes, and economic deviations.
• Guaranteeing compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinating the integration of the process plant with auxiliary infrastructures and industrial services.
• Leading pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Managing technical, construction, and contractual risks, defining mitigation measures.
• Preparing periodic progress reports for Project Management.
• Ensuring the final delivery of the installation within the established performance and quality parameters.
