Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling with Revit, focused on the Architecture sector.
Demonstrable experience in projects within the railway field (metro stations, train stations, etc.).
Knowledge and handling of complementary tools such as Navisworks.
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Advanced level of English.

We are looking for a BIM Revit Architecture Modeler to expand one of our teams in Bilbao or Madrid.

What you'll do

Development of architectural BIM models for railway projects using Revit, complying with established standards and regulations.
Coordination with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure model integrity.
Detection and resolution of clashes through the use of Navisworks.
Management and organization of model information on platforms such as ACC.
Preparation of plans, measurements, and technical documentation derived from the BIM model.
Participation in project meetings and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Contribution to the continuous improvement of BIM processes within the company.
