Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of demonstrable experience as an industrial project manager or manager.
At least 3 years of experience in the digitalization of industrial processes.
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes and industrial construction.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, risk management, or similar), industrial process analysis, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Minimum B2 English, verifiable, with technical comprehension and writing skills; C1 is valued.
Formal education consistent with the job position.

Nice to have

Higher education in Occupational Risk Prevention is valued, preferably a university master's degree or equivalent qualifying degree.

We are looking for an Industrial Processes and Digitalization Consultant to expand one of our teams in the Eastern Andalusia area.

What you'll do

Conduct interviews and workshops with factory team leaders from different industrial centers.
Map, analyze, and document current processes (AS-IS).
Prepare operating and technical procedures, work instructions, flows, responsibility matrices, user manuals, and regulatory application documentation.
Translate operational needs and requirements into detailed functional specifications for development: business rules, roles and permissions, statuses, validations, data, integrations, exceptions, and acceptance criteria, etc.
Coordinate with development teams to detail the development to be carried out, resolve doubts, prioritize adjustments, review deliveries, and verify the correspondence between the solution, process, and approved requirements.
Define test scenarios, execute or coordinate functional validations and UAT, document incidents, and check corrections.
Participate in the planning of multi-center deployments, data identification and preparation, training needs, risks, communication, and change management.
Verify the correct use of the application after implementation, identifying deviations and improvements.
Collaborate in planning, monitoring, risk management, corrective actions, progress reports, lessons learned, and documentary transfer.

On-site modality from 7:00 to 15:00 (Mon-Fri)
Location: province of Cádiz.
