Service Desk Technical Lead

We are expanding our team and looking to hire a Technician with experience in IT support environments who wants to take on a reference role within the Service Desk team. The selected person will combine the resolution of complex technical incidents with team guidance, continuous process improvement, and the evolution of digital workspace services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to making the technological experience of employees agile, efficient, and approachable.

Mission: To guarantee a quality IT support service, technically coordinating the Service Desk team and actively participating in incident resolution, the administration of corporate tools, and the improvement of support processes.

• You will be the technical reference for the Service Desk team in the Workplace area.
• You will resolve higher complexity incidents and requests.
• You will guide, train, and support the technical team in their development.
• You will contribute to improving procedures, documentation, and best practices.
• You will participate in the administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and corporate tools.
• You will collaborate on deployment, migration, and technological improvement projects.
• You will help optimize workflows, automations, and ticketing system processes.
• You will supervise the correct functioning of meeting rooms and videoconferencing solutions.
• You will guarantee the availability and operability of digital workstation services.
• You will develop content and basic training actions for users.
• You will ensure close, effective, and user-oriented service.
• You will participate in asset management, equipment provisioning, and device lifecycle.

• Knowledge of PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph.
• Knowledge of security in Microsoft 365.
• ITIL certification or knowledge.
• Experience in process automation.
• Experience in corporate environments with more than 500 users.
