At BETWEEN INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, the Industrial Installations division of the BETWEEN Technology Group, we continue to grow and expand our team, betting on the best talent.

We get involved in a wide variety of projects, working with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are selecting an Industrial Document Management Technician to join us in Sant Cugat, providing support to the Maintenance and Engineering area in an industrial environment. The selected person will be responsible for the organization, updating, and maintenance of the technical information of the facilities through MAXIMO, ensuring the traceability, quality, and correct management of the documentation associated with plant assets. We offer joining a stable position, with long-term activity foreseen and possibilities for development within industrial projects.

What you'll do

Management and updating of technical information in IBM MAXIMO.
Organization, review, and maintenance of documentation associated with facilities and equipment.
Entry, validation, and updating of data and records in corporate databases.
Ensuring the traceability, consistency, and quality of the documentary information.
Classification, filing, and control of technical maintenance and engineering documentation.
Support to the Maintenance team in the management and consultation of technical information.
Collaboration in the updating of inventories, assets, and plant records.
Identification and correction of documentary incidents to guarantee data reliability.
Preparation of reports and monitoring of the status of the documentary information.
Participation in initiatives for the improvement and digitalization of documentary processes.
