We are looking to recruit Consultants to join our company who meet the following requirements and who wish to continue their professional development in the consulting world, in a collaborative environment with a career plan offering rapid growth opportunities.

Experience: 1-3 years in consulting 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client benchmarking
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Developing business cases
• Process re-engineering
• Participating in project management
• Preparing presentations for senior management

• Corporate transactions: managing buy/sell processes, commercial due diligence, identifying opportunities, etc.
• Regulatory analysis
• Developing strategic and business plans
• Defining operating models and supporting their implementation
• Operational efficiency improvement programs

• Professional experience of 1-3 years or more, with at least 1 year in business consulting or a similar role, including project and team management.
• General knowledge of the energy or telecommunications sector.
• University education and a high level of English. Other languages will be valued, especially French. 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High-level communication and client interaction skills.
• Proactivity and a drive for continuous improvement.

Experiencia: 1-3 años en consultoría 

Entre las funciones que desempeñarás:

• Benchmarking de clientes
• Realización de análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos
• Elaboración de business case
• Reingeniería de procesos
• Participación en la gestión de proyectos
• Preparación de presentaciones dirigidas a alta dirección

• Transacciones empresariales: gestión de procesos de compraventa, DD comercial, integración / separación, identificación de oportunidades, etc.
• Análisis regulatorio
• Elaboración de planes estratégicos y de negocio
• Definición de modelos operativos y soporte en su implantación
• Programas de mejora de eficiencia operativa

• Experiencia profesional de 1-3 años o más, al menos 1 en consultoría de negocio o puesto con funciones similares, incluyendo la gestión de proyectos y equipos.
• Conocimiento general del sector energético o telecomunicaciones.
• Formación universitaria y nivel de inglés alto. Se valorarán otros idiomas. Especialmente Francés. 
• Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
• Capacidad de comunicación e interlocución con clientes de alto nivel.
• Proactividad e inquietud por la mejora continua.
